Site Ownership – Arrears in payment arrangements – Collections
A site remains the property of our clients if a balance is paid in full for services rendered. If we have an agreement with our clients for payment arrangements, then we must remain as an administrator of the site while there is an open balance of any kind. If a payment arrangement is more than 30 days past due, we may have no choice but to temporarily put an away message for your client on the site until payment is made. Anything over 60 days past due, will be sent to collections and you will be subject to collection fees and court costs if we have to go to court to collect money due.
